Thank you for shopping with Calls Like Before. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship and deliver your order.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Canada
- Australia
Shipping availability is confirmed at checkout after entering your delivery address.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 24–48 business hours after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once an order has entered the fulfilment process, we may be unable to change or cancel it.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery usually takes 5–15 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur because of customs checks, carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, periods of high demand or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Costs
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 48–72 hours to appear after dispatch. This does not necessarily mean that your order has not started moving.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@callslikebefore.com. We will try to update the address before fulfilment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or dispatched.
Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
Separate Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be dispatched in separate packages and arrive on different dates. You will not be charged additional shipping fees because an order is divided into multiple shipments.
Customs, Duties and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country.
Where applicable, these charges may be collected at checkout. If they are not collected at checkout, they may be charged by local customs authorities or the delivery carrier.
All applicable customs charges are the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
- Review the latest tracking information.
- Confirm that the delivery address is correct.
- Check with members of your household, neighbours or any safe delivery location.
- Contact the delivery carrier if further information is available.
- Contact us at contact@callslikebefore.com so we can investigate.
If we are unable to deliver your order within a reasonable period, we will offer an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, check around the delivery address, with other household members, neighbours and any designated safe location.
If the package is still missing, contact us at contact@callslikebefore.com. We will review the delivery information and assist you with an investigation.
Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product or appears to have been lost in transit, contact us at contact@callslikebefore.com as soon as possible.
Include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label where applicable.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes or limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
